Education opens doors to a brighter future, and every learner deserves the opportunity to begin the school year with confidence and dignity.

In pursuit of this vision, The Fraternal Order of Eagles (Philippine Eagles) – Central Visayas Region 7 (CVR 7), under the leadership of Regional Governor Kuya Dr. Elton John Balbutin, together with The Fraternal Order of Eagles (Philippine Eagles) – Cebu Illustre Eagles Club, led by Club President Kuya Atty. John Dexter P. Cabahug, and the Philippine Coast Guard Auxiliary – 211th Squadron, headed by Director, Auxiliary Commander Emmanuel Rail A Litigio PCGA, successfully conducted BAGS-TO-SCHOOL at Tungkil Elementary School, Minglanilla, Cebu.

Through the generous partnership of M Lhuillier Financial Services, Inc., the students received high-quality and aesthetically designed school bags that will not only carry their books and school supplies but also their dreams, aspirations, and determination to succeed.

This initiative is more than a simple distribution of school bags - it is a shared commitment to investing in the future of our children. Every backpack symbolizes encouragement, hope, and the collective belief that no learner should be left behind because of limited resources.

The success of BAGS-TO-SCHOOL reflects the power of collaboration among civic organizations, volunteer groups, and private sector partners who share one mission: to empower communities through education and compassionate service.

The Cebu Illustre Eagles Club extends its heartfelt gratitude to M Lhuillier Financial Services, Inc. for their generosity and unwavering commitment to supporting Filipino learners. We likewise thank all Eagles, Coast Guard Auxiliarists, volunteers, school officials, and partners whose dedication made this initiative possible.

Together, we continue to uplift lives and build a better tomorrow - one child, one backpack, and one act of kindness at a time.

Service Through Strong Brotherhood.

"Every Child Deserves a Name. Every Name Deserves Recognition."

The Fraternal Order of Eagles (Philippine Eagles) – Cebu Illustre Eagles Club, headed by the Club President, Kuya Atty. John Dexter P. Cabahug proudly launched HANDOG AGILA: PANGALAN, PAG-ILA, a flagship humanitarian initiative dedicated to helping public school learners resolve issues concerning their Philippine Statistics Authority (PSA) Birth Certificates, an essential document that secures every child's legal identity and access to education and government services.

Recognizing that many learners face challenges in enrollment and other opportunities due to incomplete or erroneous birth registration, the Club has forged a strong partnership with The Fraternal Order of Eagles (Philippine Eagles) – Central Visayas Region 7 (CVR 7) headed by its Regional Governor, Kuya Dr. Elton John Balbutin, the Integrated Bar of the Philippines (IBP), and the Philippine Coast Guard Auxiliary – 211th Squadron, headed by its Director, Auxiliary Commander Emmanuel Rail A Litigio PCGA, to provide FREE legal assistance, consultation, and guidance to the students and parents of Tungkil Elementary School, Minglanilla, Cebu.

The project's initial phase was marked by the successful Memorandum of Agreement (MOA) Signing, Orientation, and Consultative Meeting, bringing together all stakeholders in a shared commitment to ensure that no child is left behind because of documentation issues.

More than a legal assistance program, HANDOG AGILA: PANGALAN, PAG-ILA is a commitment to protecting every child's right to identity, education, and a brighter future. Through collaboration, compassion, and dedicated public service, we continue to transform lives, one child, one family, and one community at a time.

Together, we reaffirm that humanitarian service begins by recognizing every person's identity and dignity.

Service Through Strong Brotherhood.

True brotherhood is best demonstrated through meaningful action. Guided by our commitment to Service Through Strong Brotherhood, The Fraternal Order of Eagles (Philippine Eagles) – Cebu Illustre Eagles Club, in partnership with the Cristine G. Takahashi (CGT) Foundation and the Philippine Coast Guard Auxiliary – 211th Squadron, successfully conducted a Medical, Legal, and Feeding Program for the benefit of the community.
