A Fallen Branch of Tree has been reported, partially obstructing the roadway and sidewalk. Along OSMEÑA BLVD / NEAR ESCARIO ST. Traffic personnel have been dispatched to manage traffic flow while the tree is being cleared.

CCTO TRAFFIC ADVISORY

REOPENING OF FOODLAND FLYOVER TO MOTORCYCLES

Effective today, 6 August 2026, starting at 8:00AM, the Foodland Flyover is open to motorcycles traveling in both northbound and southbound directions.

⚠️ STRICTLY NO OVERTAKING ON THE FLYOVER.

For everyone’s safety, all motorcycle riders are reminded to:

* Maintain your lane at all times.
* Observe the No Overtaking policy.
* Follow all traffic signs and the directions of CCTO personnel.
* Drive at a safe and responsible speed.

This measure is part of the ongoing implementation of the Discipline Zone, promoting safer and more orderly roads for all.

Changing traffic starts with changing habits. Every disciplined road user makes Cebu City safer for everyone.
