The whole Department of Public Governance is proud to celebrate 𝗣𝗿𝗼𝗳. 𝗝𝗼𝗮𝗻𝗻𝗮 𝗠𝗮𝗿𝗶𝗲 𝗙𝘂𝗲𝗻𝘁𝗲𝘀-𝗕𝗮𝗿𝗼𝗺𝗮𝗻 for receiving the 𝗗𝗮𝗻𝗶𝗹𝗼 𝗥. 𝗥𝗲𝘆𝗲𝘀 𝗕𝗲𝘀𝘁 𝗖𝗼𝗻𝗳𝗲𝗿𝗲𝗻𝗰𝗲 𝗣𝗮𝗽𝗲𝗿 𝗔𝘄𝗮𝗿𝗱, for her paper entitled, “𝙁𝙧𝙤𝙢 𝙋𝙖𝙧𝙩𝙞𝙘𝙞𝙥𝙖𝙩𝙞𝙤𝙣 𝙩𝙤 𝙉𝙚𝙩𝙬𝙤𝙧𝙠𝙨: 𝙍𝙚𝙛𝙧𝙖𝙢𝙞𝙣𝙜 𝘾𝙞𝙫𝙞𝙡 𝙎𝙤𝙘𝙞𝙚𝙩𝙮 𝙊𝙧𝙜𝙖𝙣𝙞𝙯𝙖𝙩𝙞𝙤𝙣𝙨 𝙞𝙣 𝙋𝙝𝙞𝙡𝙞𝙥𝙥𝙞𝙣𝙚 𝙇𝙤𝙘𝙖𝙡 𝘿𝙚𝙫𝙚𝙡𝙤𝙥𝙢𝙚𝙣𝙩 𝘾𝙤𝙪𝙣𝙘𝙞𝙡𝙨 𝙩𝙝𝙧𝙤𝙪𝙜𝙝 𝙖 𝙉𝙚𝙬 𝙋𝙪𝙗𝙡𝙞𝙘 𝙂𝙤𝙫𝙚𝙧𝙣𝙖𝙣𝙘𝙚 𝙇𝙚𝙣𝙨: 𝘼 𝘿𝙤𝙘𝙪𝙢𝙚𝙣𝙩𝙖𝙧𝙮 𝘼𝙣𝙖𝙡𝙮𝙨𝙞𝙨” at the 2026 PSPA International Conference, held on October 21 to 23 at Dusit, Thani Manila and the University of Makati, Philippines.

This recognition is a meaningful achievement that reflects the value of academic research and the importance of contributing to scholarly discussions. We are proud to celebrate this milestone and recognize Prof. Jo’s accomplishment on this occasion.
