Today we honor the memory of Jeffrey Montecillos, a dedicated former staff member of UP Cebu inIT. His vision and hard work helped shape UP Cebu's TBI into the hub it is today. Known for his commitment to sustainability and his belief in regional talent, Jeffrey was instrumental in positioning UP Cebu as a leader in Technology Business Incubation. His efforts was not just about building a program but also building a home for Cebuano innovation.
As we mourn the loss of a mentor, colleague, and friend, we also celebrate a life lived in service to the university and the tech community.
