SK FEDERATION CEBU CITY MANDATORY TRAINING AND 24TH GENERAL ASSEMBLY

Our Sangguniang Kabataan of Barangay Pasil headed by our SK Chairperson Hon. Dayve Ostulano Ylaya together with our SK Treasurer Ms. Candy C. Abapo attended the Mandatory Training held at Arterra Hotel and Resort, Punta EngaΓ±o Road, Lappu-Lapu City. This activity is part of our Buwan sa Kabatan-onan.

The said seminar was facilitated by the Assistant Regional Director of DILG Region V, Atty. Ian Kenneth B. Lucero. He presented the detailed and very interactive discussions of the Republic Act. 12009: The New Government Procurement Act and its IRR specifically Section 27. Competitive Bidding, Section 32. Direct Acquisition, and the Section 34. Small Value Procurement.
