Building a supportive learning environment starts with the basics. SK Buot is proud to support our youth through practical, high-impact initiatives aimed at keeping students healthy, comfortable, and engaged.

Hydration First: Provided 117 students with water tumblers for daily use.

Cooler Classrooms: Placed 10 stand fans.

Early Learning Support: Delivered 2 stand fans and 5 sets of learning toys to the Day Care Center to keep toddlers cool and inspired through play.

In a unified push towards a safer school and Barangy, the Sangguniang Kabataan (SK) of Barangay Buot successfully conducted an awareness seminar in observance of the International Day Against Drug Abuse and Illicit Trafficking (IDADAIT) at Dr. Emilio Osmeรฑa Sr. Integrated School.

The initiative was carried out through a close collaboration between the SK Buot council, school administrators, and dedicated teachers, with key support from officers of the P*P Mabolo PNP.

The seminar aimed to educate students on the severe physical, psychological, and social dangers of illegal drugs. Officers from P*P Mabolo shared vital insights on drug prevention, illegal substance laws, and the legal consequences of drug involvement, while emphasizing the importance of making healthy life choices.

With pride, unity, and love, Spectrum Sails proudly joined the Cebu Grand Pride Parade 2026!

This meaningful event gave our LGBTQIA+ members the chance to celebrate who they are, meet new people, and stand together with a community that believes in equality, respect, and inclusion.

We would also like to recognize the presence and support of SK Chairman Jhel Butalid and SK Councilor Allexah Juezan, Chairperson of the Committee on Social Inclusion and Equity, who proudly joined and supported our youth during the celebration. We are also grateful to our KKDAT Officers, KK Officers, Spectrum Sails members, and Buotanon Youth who took part in this memorable event.

To the taxpayers, thank you for your continued support. Because of you, our LGBTQIA+ members were given the opportunity to join and enjoy this meaningful celebration. Your support helps us build a community where everyone feels seen, respected, and accepted.

LAKBAY KASAYSAYAN | June 20, 2026

The SK Council of Barangay Buot proudly recognizes SK Councilor Allexah Juezan, Chairperson of the Committee on Social Inclusion and Equity, for representing our barangay during the Lakbay Kasaysayan held in Cebu City on June 20, 2026.

This meaningful event was made possible through the partnership of the City of Cebu, Cebu City Youth Development Office (CCYDO), SK Federation Cebu City, and the Ramon Aboitiz Foundation Inc. (RAFI). Together, they gave young leaders the opportunity to learn more about Cebuโ€™s rich history, culture, and heritage.

Thank you, Councilor Allexah, for proudly representing Barangay Buot and for your commitment to promoting youth participation, social inclusion, and community engagement.

๐Ÿ“ŒONLINE BUT ON DUTY! | Attended todayโ€™s SK Special Session this June 26, 2026, to map out the financial pipeline and ensure absolute transparency for our upcoming youth event!

This report shows the attendance status of each council member during the monthly session, whether present, absent, excused absent, or late. In line with the commitment of the Sangguniang Kabataan Barangay Buot towards transparency and accountability, this initiative aims to properly inform the youth of Barangay Buot regarding the participation and attendance of their elected SK officials during official sessions and meetings.

During the scheduled monthly session, the council was not able to proceed with official deliberations and decision-making due to the lack of quorum as required by law which is under the Sangguniang Kabataan (SK) Reform Act of 2015 (Republic Act No. 10742) and the Local Government Code. However, a brief kamustahan and informal discussion of the agenda were conducted, mainly about the upcoming event for the LGBTQ community, the successful drug symposium in coordination the Barangay, an update of the fidelity bnd ad 1.5m financial assistance and lastly the provision of school supplies to our dear school, Dr. Emilio Osmena Integrated school. However, no motions, agreements, or approvals were made.

The Sangguniang Kabataan Barangay Buot remains committed to serving the youth with honesty, responsibility, and active participation in every session and activity.

Summer Camp 2026 was truly an unforgettable journey packed with lifelong learning and endless fun.
