𝗧𝗵𝗲 𝗗𝗢𝗦𝗧-𝗦𝗘𝗜 𝗨𝗻𝗱𝗲𝗿𝗴𝗿𝗮𝗱𝘂𝗮𝘁𝗲 𝗦𝗰𝗵𝗼𝗹𝗮𝗿𝘀 𝗣𝗼𝗿𝘁𝗮𝗹 𝗶𝘀 𝗻𝗼𝘄 𝗮𝘃𝗮𝗶𝗹𝗮𝗯𝗹𝗲! 💻

2026 Undergraduate Scholarship Qualifiers may access the portal at https://portal.science-scholarships.ph/ to download the following:

• Scholarship Agreement
• Letter of Introduction (LOI) for the opening of a Land Bank Visa Debit Card (LVDC) Payroll Account (Qualifiers who are unable to download their LOI through the portal may request a copy from their respective DOST Regional Offices.)

Submit the following documents as soon as possible to the DOST Regional Office of your home region or to DOST-SEI if your home region is NCR:

• 4 copies of the Scholarship Agreement (SA) with original signatures
• 1 copy of the accomplished Reply Slip
• Validated Certificate of Enrollment/Registration for the First Semester/Term of AY 2026–2027
• Original Official Receipt (OR) for tuition and other school fees for the First Semester/Term of AY 2026–2027 (only for private school/university without a coordinator)
• Photocopy of the Deposit Slip or Land Bank of the Philippines (LBP) STI1 Form
• Photocopy of a valid ID of the parent or legal guardian who signed the SA
• Notarized Affidavit of Legal Guardianship (only if the signer is a legal guardian)
• Proof of Program Accreditation (only if the program in private HEI requires verification)

Qualifiers are advised to regularly check the portal and their registered email address for further instructions and updates on their submission status.

On July 17, around 500 DOST-SEI Scholar-Graduates from the Class of 2026 across Cebu gathered for the 2026 DOST-SEI Exit Conference in Central Visayas, marking their transition from scholars to the country's newest science and technology professionals.

𝗨𝗡𝗠𝗢𝗗𝗜𝗙𝗜𝗘𝗗 𝗢𝗣𝗜𝗡𝗜𝗢𝗡✅

DOST-SEI received an “Unmodified Opinion” from the Commission on Audit (COA) for Fiscal Year 2025. This is the highest audit opinion that can be awarded to a government agency.

An Unmodified Opinion signifies that the agency’s financial statements are accurate, complete, and presented in accordance with government accounting standards.

This milestone comes with another historic achievement. DOST-SEI posted a 99% utilization rate for its FY 2025 budget—the highest utilization rate in the Institute’s history.

Around 500 DOST-SEI Scholar-Graduates from the Class of 2026 across Cebu have gathered for the 2026 DOST-SEI Exit Conference—a milestone event that marks their transition from being scholars to becoming the country's newest Science and Technology professionals.

More than just a closing chapter, the Exit Conference prepares our scholar-graduates for the next stage of their journey by reorienting them on their post-graduation scholarship obligations, providing updates on career pathways and deployment, and opening doors to further academic opportunities through DOST-SEI graduate scholarship programs for master's and doctoral studies.

Today, we celebrate not only their academic achievements but also their commitment to serve the nation through science, technology, and innovation.

| The submission deadline for the supplementary documentary requirements of 2026 JLSS examinees is extended until 𝗔𝘂𝗴𝘂𝘀𝘁 𝟭𝟰, 𝟮𝟬𝟮𝟲.

Upload the following requirements via the E-Scholarship Application System (https://jlss.science-scholarships.ph/):

1️⃣ Certification as a REGULAR Third Year student or signed Application Form E-1 in the First Semester/Term of AY 2026-2027;

2️⃣ Certified True Copy of Grades for the Second Semester of AY 2025 – 2026 (or the Second and Third Trimester / Third & Fourth Term) and 2026 Midyear Term, if enrolled; and

3️⃣ Other lacking documentary requirement(s), as indicated in your Test Permit during the 2026 JLSS Examination and in the E-Scholarship Application System.
