As we celebrate International Youth Day 2026, we are reminded that investing in our young people means investing in the future of our communities. One of the most powerful ways we can empower the youth is by making quality education more accessible and inclusive.
In celebration of the youthβs potential and aspirations, we are opening the Tulong Dunong Scholarship Program, in partnership with the Office of Senators Kiko Pangilinan and Pia Cayetano and the Cebu City Government.
240 scholarship slots are available, with 3 students per barangay to be accommodated.
This opportunity is especially for students who were not able to avail of the Cebu City Scholarship Program and are still in need of assistance to continue their college education.
If you are a deserving student from a state university, college, or other higher education institution, this may be the opportunity youβve been waiting for.
