TRAFFIC AND WEATHER UPDATE:

Please be advised of an ongoing traffic and weather situation along Natalio B. Bacalso Avenue, Mambaling, near the Flyover, Cebu City.
Following a sudden burst of rain starting at around 1:00 PM, the area is experiencing light rainfall and heavy visible flooding. Heavy traffic is currently being experienced in the area. Continuous monitoring is being conducted to assess changes in weather conditions, and personnel remain on standby to respond if the situation escalates.

Motorists and commuters are advised to plan their routes accordingly and exercise extra caution when passing through the area. Stay safe!

Please be advised that a partial lane road closure will be implemented along Consolacion-Tayud-Liloan Road, Consolacion, Cebu, starting October 10, 2026, from 10:00 PM to 6:00 AM.

The closure is necessary to allow the safe and proper completion of concrete pavement reblocking, road asphalting, and drainage works, while providing enough space for construction equipment and personnel.

Traffic management measures, warning signs, barricades, and traffic personnel will be in place to guide motorists and ensure the safe movement of traffic.
