Narration of activity: Tisa fire Shift A personnel assist the RDANA team from ccdrrmo on assising sitio tambisan and doña esperanza village after a heavy flooding yesterday.

Tittle of incident: rescue operation due to heavy flooding in some sitio of tisa.

Responding units: TISA FIRE, TISA SK RESPONDER,CCDRRMO SRS,BFP SRF,PDRRMO,TIS BDRRMO,TISA BPSO
Narration of incident: Due to heavy rains that last an hour there are some sitio of tisa are divasted due to heavy floodings, some of the sitios are sitio tambisan,lapaloma subd.emerald st.stateresita,happy2x compd., lower manol,esperanza village.,part of katipunan road. Due to these flooding incident tisa fire recieved a multiple chats and txt that there are some recidents of sitio tambisan,happy2x are traped due to high level of water. Tisa fire respond to the said report together with tisa sk responders,ccdrrmo srs,bfp srf.the responders incounter a very strong water current at lawaan st.lapaloma subd. Because of the strong current responders are carefully going forward and used a rope as life line going to sitio tambisan.upon reaching to sitio tambisan responder evacuted a 1family with 2 individuals. While other team of tisa fire and sk responder also conducted a rescue operation at happy happy compound upon arrival at the area the water level is to high tisa fire rescued a 1 family with 4 individuals and transported to tisa brgy.hall also tisa bdrrmo recieved a wash out house located at doña esperanza upond recieving the report tisa GAD dept conduct a intake report on the affected individuals at doña esperanza.
