The Department of Manpower Development and Placement (DMDP-PESO) Cebu City joined the TESDA Provincial Training Center โ€“ Minglanilla in a coordination meeting led by the Supervised Industry Learning (SIL) Focal Person and Training Manager I (TM I). The discussion focused on strengthening collaboration and enhancing staff development initiatives to better support technical-vocational training and employment opportunities for Cebuanos.

Following the meeting, the SIL Focal Person and TM I Trainer conducted the Training Induction Program for the new TM I trainees. The orientation equipped participants with essential knowledge on TESDA PTC-Minglanilla's training policies, guidelines, center rules and regulations, trainee responsibilities, and learning expectationsโ€”laying a strong foundation for a productive and successful training journey.

Through strengthened partnerships and quality training, we continue to empower individuals with the skills, discipline, and opportunities they need to succeed in the workforce.
