Additional Substitute Appointment for Release

Good day Team.
Please be informed that we have a schedule for the Release of Appointments with the details below:
What: RELEASE OF APPOINTMENTS
When: JUNE 4, 2026
Time: 8:30am (7:30 Call Time for Registration)
Where: SOCIAL HALL - SDO CEBU PROVINCE

READ EVERYTHING TO AVOID CONFUSION DURING THE ACTIVITY.
** CLIENT MUST COME AS SCHEDULED, ON TIME. IF YOU FEEL LIKE YOU CAN NOT COME ON TIME, PLEASE WAIT FOR THE NEXT RELEASING SCHEDULE WHERE YOUR NAME IS POSTED AND YOU ARE AMENABLE TO ATTEND ON TIME.
** THE ACTIVITY WILL BEGIN AT EXACTLY 8AM.
** IN CASE FOR SOME REASONS YOU HAVE BEEN ADVISED PREVIOUSLY BY THE DIVISION HR TEAM NOT TO CLAIM, YET INADVERTENTLY, YOUR NAME WAS POSTED, KINDLY FOLLOW THE ADVISE RECEIVED, OR CALL THE HR OFFICE FOR FURTHER INSTRUCTION.
All recipients must come according to the posted schedule. Not earlier or later. Clients who will not make it in time are advised to wait for the next release schedule instead. Do not come outside of the scheduled time of release as appointments will not be released if the client is unable to attend the actual activity in the same way that client will not be entertained before/beyond his/her schedule.
- This policy applies to all clients regardless of geographical location.
- Once at the Division, secure your priority number and Online Registration and stay in place. The Releasign Activity will be simultaneous. Once your number is called and you are not around, you will no longer be entertained in the next batch ~ you'll have to wait to join with the last batch in respect to those who stayed in line.
- Avoid scheduling the processing of your documents (Medical, PRC,TOR) on the day of your advice release, PRIOR TO RECEIPT OF YOUR ADVICE . **See Higlighted notice above.
** Appointment of Clients with minimal compliance who fail to bring/submit the lacking documents will not be released, regardless if client is already at the venue hailing from far away parts of Cebu. So please manage your expectations.

π REMINDERS: π
1. Recipients must have a complete meal before coming to the event and are encouraged to bring water, snacks and/or meals they can eat during the event. We will be having a whole day activity which may extend up to the evening to complete.
2. Recipients WHO FAIL TO ATTEND THE ACTIVITY ON SCHEDULED TIME will have to wait for the next schedule. THE FIELD is hereby asked to AVOID advising clients to come to the HR Section to plead after schedule to avoid any misunderstanding and inconvenience.
3. Recipients who are ON LEAVE are not eligible to receive Appointment/Advice/Order. They are hereby advised to wait for the next releasing schedule following their reinstatement.
4. For PREGNANT NEWLY HIRED, clients may claim assignment advice, however, 5 months pregnant onwards may only claim their appointment after giving birth to ensure safety of both the Mom and the baby.
βΌοΈ A Fit-To-Work certificate must be submitted by all pregnant Applicants on or before the next scheduled release. For concern/inquiries regarding this kindly contact us thru our hotline number 424-9000.
5. Clients who are connected to private agencies are required to submit an Acceptance letter from their current company indicating the effectivity of their resignation. COE & CLEARANCE will also be required prior to Release of appointment.
6. NO RELEASING OF APPOINTMENT will be strictly observed for
appointments with deficiency/ies in their pertinent documents.
7. Pink Folders found to have compliance after the appointment has been released MUST BE COMPLIED IMMEDIATELY. Otherwise, folder shall not be forwarded to CSC Attestation.
