Sweet sixteen gets sweeter every day!
Cebu Summer Camp 2026 was an unforgettable four-day journey of faith, friendship, learning, and fun.
Day 1: We began with an Opening Mass at the Archdiocesan Shrine of St. Catherine of Alexandria, celebrated by Rev. Fr. Miguelito Sarmago, followed by a vibrant parade before breaking the ice and turning strangers into lifelong friends during our getting-to-know-each-other sessions.
Day 2: Campers gained valuable knowledge through seminars on DRRM, HIV Awareness, Solid Waste Management, and Drug Awareness. We wrapped up the evening with the deeply moving "Lollipop of Life - Sweet Surrender" session, sparking heartfelt reflections and bonding.
Day 3 was an absolute whirlwind of energy, starting with high-octane team-building exercises and a nostalgic throwback to classic Pinoy Games! From Patintero, Bagol-bagol, and Takyan relay to Pickleball, Volleyball, and the hilarious Mix Human Basketball, everyone brought their absolute best game face. The excitement reached a fever pitch during the cultural arts showcase, where campers dominated the stage in an intense acting showcase and a thrilling Dance Competition that beautifully highlighted Carcar's iconic Kabkaban steps.
โFinally, Day 4 pushed our limits and celebrated our creativity with the ultimate Amazing Race that tested our wit and endurance. The grand finale was a spectacular display of ingenuity during the Santacruzan, where teams crafted stunning gowns from scratch, proudly featuring the dramatic Reyna Sentenciada. We capped off this extraordinary camp with a classic, high-stakes game of Bingo, laughing and celebrating the unforgettable memories made.
