🚨 IKADUHANG HINIKAY SA KALINAW UG KAHAPSAY!

Padayon ang atong paningkamot aron masigurong hapsay ug sumusunod sa balaod ang tanan!

Human sa malampusong inspeksyon kaniadtong buntag, gipahigayon usab karong gabii (6:30PM) ang ikaduhang hugna sa hiniusang inspeksyon sa atong Business Permit and Licensing Office (BPLO) kauban ang Office of City Markets, Carbon Police Station, ug ang private stakeholder nga PMFTC dinhi sa Carbon Public Market.

Gitumong niining sunod-sunod nga pag-susi ang pagtuman sa mga lagda sa negosyo, pagpanalipod sa mga konsumidor, ug pagmintinar sa kahapsay sa atong nag-unang merkado publiko sa tibuok adlaw ug gabii.

🚨 MAGKAUBAN BATOK SA ILLEGAL NGA NEGOSYO! 🚨

Aron mapalig-on ang atong malinawon, luwas, ug hapsay nga merkado, gipangunahan sa Business Permit and Licensing Office (BPLO) ang usa ka hiniusang inspeksyon o Joint Inspection Operation uban sa Office of the City Markets, sa atong mga kaigsoonan sa Cebu City Police Office (CCPO) ug sa pribadong stakeholder nga PMFTC.

Kini nga operasyon kabahin sa hugot nga pagpatuman sa City Ordinance No. 2683 batok sa ilegal nga pamatigayon. Gisusi sa atong hiniusang grupo ang mga baligyaan ug tindahan aron sumpuon ang pagkatag sa:
❌ Mga peke ug walay kalidad nga produkto ug serbisyo
❌ Mga smuggled ug walay selyo nga sigarilyo (illicit ci******es)
❌ Mga produktong makadaot sa konsumidor ug supak sa balaod

Ang pagkaylap sa mga peke nga baligya ug smuggled nga sigarilyo dili lang makapamenos sa pondo para sa mga serbisyo publiko ug kalamboan sa atong siyudad—nanlimbong usab kini sa mga konsumidor ug naghatag og dakong alkansi sa atong mga matinud-anong negosyante nga nagbayad og saktong buwis.
Gipahinumdoman ang tanang tag-iya sa negosyo ug mga manindahan nga tumanon ang mga balaod sa syudad. Ang dili mosunod mag-atubang og bug-at nga silot, sama sa pagsuspenso o pagkanselar sa ilang business permit.
Panalipdan nato ang atong lokal nga ekonomiya ug himuong limpyo, legal, ug patas ang atong mga merkado para sa tanan! 💪🏙️
