After several minutes, additional support arrived at the area, reinforcing the collaborative effort in managing the situation.

A tragic fire broke out in Barangay Ermita, Cebu City on April 4, 2026, leaving many families devastated. Dozens of homes were destroyed, and several families have been left without shelter, losing their daily necessities and treasured belongings in just a few hours.

The Cogon Pardo Youth Rescuer (CPYR) is reaching out to the community for donations to help these families rebuild their lives. In-kind support such as rice, water, groceries, clothing, blankets, pillows, hygiene kits, and medicine can be brought to the Barangay Cogon Pardo, Sangguniang Kabataan Office, 3rd Floor, Cebu City.

๐Ÿ“Œ Update: We also want to share that our donation drive for the Barangay Tisa fire victims last March is ongoing. We plan to personally deliver the collected donations this Wednesday โ€” your contributions will go directly to helping those affected.
