TRAFFIC ADVISORY
SM ARENA: BINI CONCERT (EGRESS)
July 11, 2026 | 8:00 PM Onwards
The Cebu City Transportation Office (CCTO) advises the public that a Code Orange Exit Traffic Flow will be implemented beginning 8:00 PM onwards on Saturday, July 11, 2026, in the vicinity of SM Seaside City Cebu and SM Arena following the conclusion of the highly anticipated BINI Concert.
To facilitate the safe and efficient departure of concert attendees, a temporary traffic management scheme will be enforced to maximize roadway capacity, minimize congestion, and maintain the continuous movement of vehicles exiting the venue. Motorists passing through the South Road Properties (SRP) are advised to expect heavier-than-normal traffic volume and temporary traffic control measures throughout the implementation of the exit traffic plan.
Traffic Management Measures:
• A Code Orange Exit Traffic Flow will be implemented beginning 8:00 PM onwards.
• F. Vestil Street will serve as the primary exit corridor for vehicles leaving SM Seaside City Cebu and SM Arena.
• A counterflow lane will be implemented along F. Vestil Street to increase Mambaling bound traffic capacity.
• Three (3) lanes of F. Vestil Street will be allocated for vehicles bound for N. Bacalso Avenue and C. Padilla Street, while one (1) lane will remain open for CSCR traffic.
• A designated U-turn slot along F. Vestil Street (near the Mitsubishi) will accommodate vehicles intending to return toward N. Bacalso Avenue and C. Padilla Street.
• Vehicles bound for SRP Bypass Road, CCLEX, Plaza Independencia, and Cebu South (Talisay) shall be directed through the designated exit route via the SRP Bypass Road and El Pardo Junction (CDM/IL Corso).
• Traffic enforcers, directional signages, and traffic barricades will be deployed at strategic locations to assist motorists and maintain a continuous traffic flow.
• Emergency vehicles shall be given priority passage at all times.
Motorists traveling along CSCR, F. Vestil Street, SRP Bypass Road, N. Bacalso Avenue, C. Padilla Street, L. Gabuya Street, and roads surrounding SM Seaside City Cebu, SM Arena, and the Mambaling Flyover are advised to expect increased traffic volume and possible delays during the implementation of the exit traffic scheme. Please allow additional travel time, use alternate routes whenever practical, and strictly follow the directions of traffic personnel deployed in the area.
Thank you for your cooperation and understanding as we work to ensure the safe, orderly, and efficient departure of concert attendees.

TRAFFIC ADVISORY 🚦
PCL RUN – Activity / Runner Route

In line with the conduct of the PCL RUN, scheduled on May 2, 2026, starting at 3:00 AM onwards, a running event will take place within the South Road Properties (SRP) and nearby major road networks.

The activity is expected to gather a significant number of participants, which may result in temporary traffic congestion and slower vehicular movement along affected areas.

Activity / Runner Route:
Please refer to the attached route map.

The run will commence at the CDM Events Grounds and will traverse portions of Cebu South Coastal Road (CSCR), SRP Back Road, SRP Bypass Road, and extend towards N. Bacalso Avenue up to the designated turning point near the Mambaling area. Identified turning points include approximately 1KM, 3KM, 6KM, and 12KM distances along the route.

Traffic personnel will be strategically deployed along the activity route, intersections, and critical junctions to manage vehicular flow, implement necessary traffic control measures, and ensure the safe and orderly conduct of the event. Road closures and controlled access will be implemented in specific sections, while designated parking areas and participant entry points are also established within the vicinity of the venue.

Motorists are advised to take alternative routes and allow extra travel time, as traffic congestion is expected along SRP roads and connecting corridors, particularly leading to and from N. Bacalso Avenue. Please follow the instructions of traffic enforcers and observe all posted traffic signs.
Thank you for your cooperation in keeping our roads safe and orderly.
