The Cebu City Disaster Risk Reduction and Management Office launches a Community Information Alert System using the Viber Application. It aims to inform the general public of emergencies around the City within your mobile. The Viber Application is free, but it requires mobile data subscription for you to receive the information. If you wish to report emergencies in your area, you may call the Cebu City Command and Control Center Hotlines.

The above conditions are being experienced in western portion of (Lapu-Lapu City) which may persist within 1 to 2 hours and may affect nearby areas.
