A day of pride and achievement as our persons deprived of liberty (PDL) received their ๐๐š๐ญ๐ข๐จ๐ง๐š๐ฅ ๐‚๐ž๐ซ๐ญ๐ข๐Ÿ๐ข๐œ๐š๐ญ๐ž ๐ˆ๐ˆ (๐๐‚ ๐ˆ๐ˆ) ๐ข๐ง ๐Œ๐š๐ฌ๐จ๐ง๐ซ๐ฒ ๐š๐ง๐ ๐“๐ข๐ฅ๐ž ๐’๐ž๐ญ๐ญ๐ข๐ง๐  ๐Ÿ๐ซ๐จ๐ฆ ๐“๐ž๐œ๐ก๐ง๐ข๐œ๐š๐ฅ ๐„๐๐ฎ๐œ๐š๐ญ๐ข๐จ๐ง ๐š๐ง๐ ๐’๐ค๐ข๐ฅ๐ฅ๐ฌ ๐ƒ๐ž๐ฏ๐ž๐ฅ๐จ๐ฉ๐ฆ๐ž๐ง๐ญ ๐€๐ฎ๐ญ๐ก๐จ๐ซ๐ข๐ญ๐ฒ.

Through the leadership of our Acting City Jail Warden, ๐‰๐ˆ๐๐’๐ ๐‹๐‹๐Ž๐˜๐ƒ ๐‰ ๐†๐”๐ƒ๐Ž๐˜, Vigan City Jail successfully conducted a ๐’๐ค๐ข๐ฅ๐ฅ๐ฌ ๐„๐ง๐ก๐š๐ง๐œ๐ž๐ฆ๐ž๐ง๐ญ ๐€๐œ๐ญ๐ข๐ฏ๐ข๐ญ๐ฒ ๐จ๐ง ๐Œ๐š๐ง๐ ๐จ ๐†๐ซ๐š๐ก๐š๐ฆ ๐Œ๐š๐ค๐ข๐ง๐  for person deprived of liberty (PDL).

The activity was facilitated by ๐‰๐Ž๐Ÿ ๐‹๐š๐ฎ๐ซ๐ข๐ง๐œ๐ž ๐Œ ๐‹๐š๐ž๐ง๐จ Skills Enhancement Officer, who guided the participants in the preparation and making of Mango Graham. Through this hands-on learning experience, the PDLs enhanced their food processing skills, creativity, and potential livelihood opportunities that may contribute to their successful reintegration into society.

๐ŸŽจ Printing Skills, Creating Opportunities!

Through the leadership of Acting City Jail Warden JINSP LLOYD J GUDOY, a Skills Enhancement Activity on Silk Screen Printing was conducted for person deprived of liberty (PDL) by Jail Nurse SJO1 Mark Andrew Fernando.

The activity provided participants with practical knowledge and hands-on experience in silk screen printing, helping them develop valuable skills that may contribute to future livelihood opportunities. Such initiatives continue to support the rehabilitation and personal development of PDLs, empowering them to become productive members of society.

Following the activity, food packs were distributed to further support and uplift the beneficiaries.
This initiative underscores the continued commitment to rehabilitation, skills development, and the promotion of self-sufficiency among persons deprived of liberty.
