Our SK Chairperson ArchLaurence Sanchez and Budget Monitoring Officer Maria Cleo Bernadette Gulayan together with the other Co- participants from other brgy. of Clarin, Municipality of Panglao and Loay successfully accomplished their four days of training on Sangguniang Kabataan Handbook of Financial Transaction held on the Regional Office of the Commission of Audit Region VII. Cebu City on May 18-21, 2026. It is indeed an important milestone to maintain transparency and accountability in handling SK funds and to secure good standing in notes to Financial Transaction. Leaders are not only seen by their accomplished programs, projects and activities but also to its good handling of financial transactions. Together let prevent inappropriate practices in handling funds and let our constituents know more what and where their money is spent.
