The DOLE Clark Manufacturing Industry Tripartite Council (ITC) marks another step toward stronger workplace safety and worker protection through the ceremonial signing of Manufacturing ITC Resolution No. 001, Series of 2026.

The activity was facilitated by ITC focal, Senior Labor and Employment Officer Jerwin L. Bargas, CPA. DOLE Clark Officer-In-Charge, Jelyn E. Abella, emphasized the importance of tripartite cooperation and meaningful labor-management engagement in addressing workplace risks.

The Resolution embodies the Councilโ€™s collective recommendations and commitment to advancing workplace safety in the manufacturing sector.

Under the leadership of Regional Director Atty. Sarah Buena S. Mirasol and through the guidance of Secretary Francis Tolentino, DOLE Clark continues to advance worker protection, tripartite cooperation, and safer workplaces across the region.

CLARK FREEPORT ZONE, Pampanga โ€” The Department of Labor and Employment (DOLE) Clark Satellite Office, through its Labor Law Academy (LLA), conducted โ€œInfluence in Action: Inspiring People, Driving Workplace Excellence,โ€ a leadership orientation and workshop on September 29, 2026, at the DOLE Clark Labor Law Academy Training Room.

The session opened with a message from Officer-in-Charge Ms. Jelyn E. Abella, MAEd, emphasizing the importance of effective leadership in fostering harmonious and productive workplaces.

Resource speaker Mr. Erwin C. Pattaui, Assistant Manager of the Investment Promotions Division II of Clark Development Corporation (CDC), shared practical leadership insights, drawing from his experience as a triathlete to highlight the importance of discipline, perseverance, consistency, and resilience in achieving personal and professional goals.

Through this initiative, DOLE Clark continues to strengthen leadership capabilities and promote workplace excellence through accessible labor education and capacity-building programs.

๐— ๐—”๐—•๐—”๐—Ÿ๐—”๐—–๐—”๐—ง ๐—–๐—œ๐—ง๐—ฌ, ๐—ฃ๐—”๐— ๐—ฃ๐—”๐—ก๐—š๐—” โ€” The Department of Labor and Employment (DOLE) Clark Satellite Office, through its Labor Law Academy (LLA) On Wheels, conducted an Orientation and Workshop for the Jollibee-GCB Group in Dau, Mabalacat City, focusing on Handling Difficult Employees, Enforcing Positive Discipline, and Department Order No. 252, Series of 2025.

DOLE Clark Officer-in-Charge Ms. Jelyn E. Abella, MAEd, emphasized in her special message the importance of continuous workplace education in promoting harmonious employee relations and compliance with labor and occupational safety and health standards.

Resource speakers Mr. Gian Paolo D. Malit, LEO II, and Ms. Stacy Anne S. Rey, RN, Senior LEO, shared practical insights on managing workplace concerns, implementing positive discipline, and understanding updated OSH requirements under D.O. No. 252.

A highlight of the activity was the interactive workshop, where participants actively engaged in practical exercises and discussions based on workplace situations. The hands-on activities encouraged participants to share experiences, exchange insights, and apply the lessons discussed, making the session both engaging and relevant to their day-to-day responsibilities.

The activity further strengthened collaboration between DOLE and the private sector, providing participants with practical knowledge and an avenue to clarify labor-related concerns.

Through LLA On Wheels, DOLE Clark continues to bring labor education directly to the workplace, empowering stakeholders with practical knowledge, strengthening compliance, and fostering safer, fairer, and more productive workplaces across Central Luzonโ€”all in pursuit of responsive and meaningful labor service under the leadership of Regional Director Atty. Sarah Buena S. Mirasol and Secretary Francis Tolentino.
