The Business Tax 3rd Quarter Payment is due on July 20, 2026.

Business owners are encouraged to settle their tax obligations on or before the deadline to avoid the imposition of surcharges and penalties.

You may conveniently pay:

🚭 NO SMOKING. NO VA**NG.

Let’s keep Claver clean, safe, and compliant.

Pursuant to Municipal Ordinance No. 25, s. 2024 or the Smoke and V**e Free Claver Ordinance, 𝐚𝐥𝐥 business establishments and public utility vehicles (PUVs) are hereby required to prominently display “NO SMOKING, NO VA**NG” signage in conspicuous areas within their premises.

📌 Compliance is mandatory.

Failure to comply shall result in the following penalties:
• 1st Offense – Warning
• 2nd Offense – ₱500.00
• 3rd Offense – ₱750.00
• 4th Offense – ₱1,000.00 and/or Revocation of Business Permit or MTOP

We encourage all establishments and operators to ensure proper posting and strict observance of this ordinance.
