June is finally here. ❤️

As we reach the halfway point of 2026, I am filled with gratitude as I look back on everything we have accomplished together for our beloved Claveria.

The month of May was another step forward for our municipality. We witnessed exciting developments in tourism, with ongoing assessments and product development efforts for trekking activities and, soon, scuba diving. These initiatives aim not only to showcase the beauty of Claveria but also to provide sustainability, environmental protection, and create more opportunities for our people.

At the same time, we continued to invest in programs that directly touch the lives of our youth. Through the Libreng Sakay Program, many CSU students were able to travel to school with less burden on their families, while also providing support to our jeepney drivers. With the help of our partner agencies, we also conducted libreng tuli, eye check-up and free eyeglasses distribution, bringing essential services to our children.

May also marked the re-launch of Project LAMBAT, reaffirming our commitment to helping young Claverianos strengthen their learning foundations and reach their full potential.

And as we continue to support education and community welfare, we remain equally committed to the sectors that sustain our local economy. Various subsidies and assistance were extended to our farmers and fisherfolks, recognizing their invaluable contribution to our town's growth and food security.

None of these achievements would have been possible without the support of our partner agencies, stakeholders, volunteers, barangay officials, municipal employees, and every individual who continues to work alongside us. Maraming salamat po sa inyong dedikasyon, pagtitiwala, at malasakit sa ating bayan.

But our work does not stop here.

This June, we look forward to the groundbreaking of RPS II in San Antonio, the inauguration of the Claveria Farmers MPC Rice Processing System, and the third wave of People's Day as we continue bringing government services closer to the people.

As we begin another month of service, let us carry forward the same spirit of unity, compassion, and commitment that brought us this far. The road ahead may still be long, but every project completed, every life touched, and every opportunity created reminds us that together, we are moving Claveria forward.

To everyone who continues to serve our people each day, may we never lose sight of the reason why we started. As the saying goes, "If you want to serve with a good heart without asking anything in return, then you are on the right path and in the right job. Because we are doing this not only for us or our families, but for the generations to come.”

Together, let us continue creating opportunities, uplifting lives, and building a Claveria where every family can thrive. The journey continues, and I am excited for what we can achieve together in the months ahead.

📢 PUBLIC ADVISORY

Pursuant to the Executive Order declaring the suspension of work in the Municipal Government of Claveria on June 3, 2026 (Wednesday), due to the scheduled power interruption, all offices under the Municipal Government shall be closed on said date.

All municipal government officials and employees are hereby directed to report for work on June 5, 2026 (Friday), and resume regular office operations.

Claveria’s underwater beauty continues to unfold as we proudly highlight the Diving Trail Exploration in Taggat Lagoon! 🤿🐠🌊

This exciting 4-day activity brought together the Cagayan Tourism Office and our partner agencies and LGUs to explore and assess the diving and snorkeling potential of our coastal waters here in Claveria.

And what did we find? Truly something to be proud of—clear blue waters, vibrant marine life, and healthy coral formations that show great promise for future eco-tourism adventures. 💙💙💙

Through underwater assessments, trial dives, and site visits, we got a closer look at just how ready Taggat Lagoon is to welcome both exploration and responsible tourism in the future.

With the strong support of our Local Government Unit of Claveria, this initiative reflects our shared excitement and commitment to protecting our seas while opening new opportunities for our people. 🌊✨

The distribution of Fuel Subsidy, Fishing Capital Assistance, and Fishing Paraphernalia was successfully conducted in coordination with the Municipal Agriculture Office and Municipal Treasury Office to support our hardworking farmers and fisherfolks. 🌾🎣

A total amount of ₱2,547,000.00 fuel subsidy was distributed to 2,547 farmer-beneficiaries, with each beneficiary receiving ₱1,000.00 assistance to help lessen their daily expenses and support their livelihood.

Fishing Capital Assistance and fishing paraphernalia were also provided to selected fisherfolks, including the distribution of 50 coolers to help preserve and maintain the quality of their catch.

Ang programang ito ay patunay ng patuloy na suporta at pagtutulungan ng ating LGU at mga opisina upang maabot at matulungan ang ating mga magsasaka at mangingisda na nagsisilbing haligi ng ating komunidad at kabuhayan. 💙

Sama-sama nating suportahan ang kanilang pagsisikap tungo sa mas maunlad at masaganang pamumuhay.

In celebration of Hypertension Awareness Month, sama-sama tayong nagkaisa upang palaganapin ang kahalagahan ng healthy lifestyle at tamang pangangalaga sa kalusugan. ❤️🩺

Ang selebrasyong ito ay paalala sa atin na hindi dapat balewalain ang high blood pressure dahil maaari itong magdulot ng seryosong sakit kapag napabayaan. Kaya mahalaga ang regular check-up, healthy eating, pag-iwas sa stress, at pagiging physically active araw-araw.

Bilang bahagi ng celebration, nagkaroon din ng Zumba Competition na nagbigay saya, energy, at motivation sa lahat na mas maging active at healthy. 💃🕺 Sa pamamagitan ng pagsasayaw at pag-eehersisyo, ipinapakita natin na ang pag-aalaga sa kalusugan ay pwede ring maging masaya at enjoyable.

Let’s continue spreading awareness and encouraging everyone to prioritize their health because every heartbeat matters. 💙

Taos-puso po kaming nagbibigay-pugay sa inyong walang sawang dedikasyon sa pagtuturo at paggabay sa ating mga kabataang Claverianos. Sa pamamagitan ng mga programa, proyekto, at aktibidad tulad ng Educators’ Summit, patuloy ninyong itinataguyod ang dekalidad na edukasyon para sa lahat.

Maraming salamat din po sa inyong suporta sa Project LAMBAT. Hindi po ito magiging matagumpay kung wala ang inyong malasakit, pakikiisa, at dedikasyon. 🙏🙏🙏 Asahan po ninyo na ang Pamahalaang Lokal ng Claveria ay patuloy ninyong katuwang upang maglingkod at magtaguyod ng iisang layunin para sa kabataan.

Lubos po ang aking pasasalamat sa Pamahalaang Nasyonal, sa Department of Agriculture, at sa lahat po ng naging katuwang upang maipaabot po sa aming kababayan ang tulong sa ilalim ng “Presidential Assistance for Farmers and Fisherfolks” dito sa ating bayan ng Claveria.

Sa ngalan po ng LGU-Claveria at ng bawat benepisyaryong magsasaka at mangingisda, taos-puso po kaming nagpapasalamat kina Gobernador Edgar “Manong Egay” Aglipay, Bise Gobernador Manuel Mamba, at Congresswoman Baby Aline Vargas-Alfonso sa personal po ninyong paghahatid ng assistance sa amin.

Malaking bagay po ang tulong na ito sa ating mga kababayang magsasaka at mangingisda na araw-araw na nagsisikap upang matiyak ang pagkain at kabuhayan ng ating mga komunidad. Ang inyong malasakit at pagkakaisa ay nagbibigay pag-asa at lakas upang higit pang makabangon at umasenso ang bawat pamilyang Cagayano.

Nananatili pong handa ang Lokal na Pamahalaan ng Claveria na makipagtulungan sa lahat ng antas ng pamahalaan para sa tuloy-tuloy na pag-unlad ng ating bayan at kapakanan ng ating mamamayan.
