To strengthen the preservation, organization, and accessibility of instructional resources, the USTP Claveria Library Services has established the Guidelines on the Acceptance of Instructional Materials in the Library.

These guidelines outline the policies and procedures for the submission of instructional materials developed by faculty members, colleges, academic units, and authorized offices. Accepted materials will be properly archived and made accessible to support teaching, learning, and research.

All students with pending library obligations, including unreturned books, unsettled accounts, or other related concerns, are advised to settle their responsibilities within the scheduled period to ensure the smooth processing of their e-clearance.

Please be reminded that 𝐌𝐚𝐲 𝟐𝟏, 𝟐𝟎𝟐𝟔, will be the final day for the untagging of e-clearance. Requests beyond the stated schedule may no longer be accommodated.
