UP SB, College (2026)

UP SARONG BANGGI (UPSB) is a socio-cultural and civic organisation founded by ten (10) young Bicolanos in UPLB on October 10, 1964. Its members are moved by a common love for Bicolandia, in particular, and the Philippines, in general. UPSB believes in (a) responding to the calls and needs of the Filipino people; (b) upholding and defending human rights; (c) the conservation, protection, and rehabi

litation of the environment; equality, truth, righteousness, loyalty, commitment, and (d) brotherhood; collective leadership and constructive criticism. UPSB shall at all times strive to: (a) attain and maintain academic and professional excellence among its members; (b) undertake socio-cultural, political, and economic activities aimed at developing socio-cultural and leadership, selflessness, and economic self-reliance; and (c) take initiative and coordinate with other organisations in carrying out programs for the development of its members and the society. The organisation's song is "SARONG BANGUI" as originally composed by Potenciano V. Its motto is "SA PAGKASARARO MAY KUSOG" and its official publication is "KUSOG". After 50 years, UP Sarong Banggi has expanded to several regulars and elders chapters in Naga City, Legazpi City, Tabaco City, Albay, Camarines Sur, Camarines Norte, Metro Manila and Las Vegas, to name a few. Sarong Banggi is now SEC-registered as SARONG BANGGI Organization International, Inc.

The proceeds of this Donation Drive will go to our Partner Organization, Albay Leaders for the Marginalized Sectors (ALMS) who will then distribute the relief goods to the affected families.
