BFP NEW BATAAN FIRE STATION | FIRE HYDRANT ASSESSMENT AND COORDINATION

In line with strengthening fire protection capabilities and ensuring community preparedness, the personnel of New Bataan Fire Station conducted a site visit to Barangay Bantacan to inspect and assess the existing fire hydrant system within the area.

During the visit, the team checked the operational condition and accessibility of the fire hydrant and discussed the necessary improvements and modifications, particularly the proposed upgrading of the hose connection from 2.0 hose size to 2.5 hose size to enhance water supply efficiency during fire suppression operations.

This initiative reflects the commitment of the Bureau of Fire Protection New Bataan Fire Station in ensuring effective emergency response and improving fire safety measures through coordination and collaboration with the local community.

This activity aims to further strengthen community awareness, preparedness, and cooperation in promoting fire safety and prevention within the barangay.
