The Monday Flag Raising Ceremony was hosted by the 𝐌𝐮𝐧𝐢𝐜𝐢𝐩𝐚𝐥 𝐃𝐢𝐬𝐚𝐬𝐭𝐞𝐫 𝐑𝐢𝐬𝐤 𝐑𝐞𝐝𝐮𝐜𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧 𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐌𝐚𝐧𝐚𝐠𝐞𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐭 𝐎𝐟𝐟𝐢𝐜𝐞(𝐌𝐃𝐑𝐑𝐌𝐎), with local officials and employees in attendance.

Municipal 𝐌𝐚𝐲𝐨𝐫 𝐍𝐨𝐞𝐥 𝐋. 𝐕𝐢𝐥𝐥𝐚𝐧𝐮𝐞𝐯𝐚 also shared concerns regarding the proposed 𝐏𝐚𝐱 𝐒𝐢𝐥𝐢𝐜𝐚 𝐩𝐫𝐨𝐣𝐞𝐜𝐭 𝐢𝐧 𝐂𝐚𝐩𝐚𝐬, particularly its possible impact on water resources.

The concern raised during the ceremony reflects the importance of staying informed on matters that may affect the community.

Together, we honor Ninoy Aquino’s life, sacrifice, and contribution to the fight for democracy and freedom. 🇵🇭💛

ALTERNATIVE WORK ARRANGEMENTS FOR GOVERNMENT OFFICES, ALTERNATIVE LEARNING MODES FOR SCHOOLS ON AUGUST 19

Pursuant to Memorandum Circular No. 129, government offices are directed to implement appropriate alternative work arrangements in the National Capital Region and the following provinces on August 19, 2026:

Unless otherwise directed by their respective Local Chief Executives, alternative learning modes for classes and learning continuity measures at all levels in public and private schools shall be implemented in the aforementioned areas.

Agencies involved in the delivery of basic and health services, disaster preparedness and response, and other vital services shall continue their operations and render the necessary services.

The suspension of work or adoption of alternative work arrangements in the private sector shall be left to the discretion of management.

The MHRMO of the LGU Concepcion welcomed the Grade 12 students of Estrella Aquino National High School for their Work Immersion Orientation at the LGU Concepcion.

The orientation was facilitated by Mr. Vince Daniel A. Cortez together with the MHRMO personnel, providing the students with an overview of the LGU, its workplace policies, and the learning opportunities they may gain throughout their Work Immersion. 🏛️💚

The MHRMO of the LGU Concepcion conducted an Internship Orientation for the incoming student interns from TSU – Concepcion Campus (Bachelor of Public Administration), NU - Clark (Bachelor of Arts in Political Science), and Concepcion Holy Cross College (Bachelor of Science in Industrial Security Management) prior to their deployment to their respective assigned offices.

Facilitated by Mr. Vince Daniel A. Cortez together with the MHRMO personnel, the orientation introduced the student interns to the office policies, rules, and regulations, workplace etiquette, as well as their roles and responsibilities throughout their internship.
