On April 22, 2026, MSWDO Concepcion, Tarlac visited the Animal Kingdom Foundation (AKF) to coordinate an immersive and collaborative intervention program for minors involved in an incident of animal cruelty.

As part of this initiative, the involved youths, accompanied by their parents, will participate in an immersion program at the AKF Rescue and Rehabilitation Center. The program aims to promote empathy, reinforce accountability, and deepen their understanding of animal welfare through guided activities and learning sessions.

Through this collaborative effort, LGU Concepcion, MSWDO Concepcion, Tarlac and AKF aim to foster positive behavioral change and encourage more compassion within the community. 🐾
