A brighter Barangay Malama is on the way! โœจ

Through the 10% Sangguniang Kabataan Fund, 25 Solar Street Lights have been procured as an initiative of Hon. Montes B. Moyaen, SK Chairman of Barangay Malama and Municipal SK Federation President.

This initiative aims to improve road safety, provide better lighting in strategic areas, and promote the use of sustainable and renewable energy for the benefit of the community.

May this project continue to bring light, safety, and progress to every resident of Barangay Malama.

IN PHOTO: Sangguniang Kabataan (SK) officials and other youth representatives from the Municipality of Conner participated in a Leadership Training cm Year-End Party held on December 18, 2025 at the EKB Clubhouse, Caglayan, Conner, Apayao.

Mr. Shariff B. Eboy as the resource speaker shared insights on effective leadership, responsibility, and the vital role of the youth in community development. The training aimed to enhance the participantsโ€™ leadership skills and encourage active involvement in local governance.

The event also served as a year-end gathering, allowing youth leaders to reflect on the yearโ€™s activities, strengthen camaraderie, and celebrate their shared accomplishments.
