Our Barangay, in coordination with Children’s Legal Bureau (CLB), successfully conducted an informative seminar for our young children focusing on Child Rights, Anti-Bullying, Preventive Measures, and other important topics that promote their safety, well-being, and protection.

We sincerely thank Children’s Legal Bureau (CLB) for choosing our barangay as the venue for this meaningful and educational activity. The knowledge and lessons shared are truly valuable in helping our children become more aware of their rights and responsibilities. 🙏

Special thanks to our Committee Chairman on Women’s, Family and Social Services, Hon. Marivic Quiapo Lada and Committee Chairman on Education, Hon. Thea Verona Niez Oliverio, for their support and presence during the event.

AUGUST 5, 2026 | The Barangay Poblacion Oriental successfully conducted its Barangay Development Investment Planning (BDIP) in collaboration with the Barangay Development Council (BDC) to formulate and prioritize programs, projects, and activities that will benefit our community for the years 2027–2029.

The planning workshop was attended by our Punong Barangay, Sangguniang Barangay Members, SK Chairperson, SK Councilor, PWD President, Senior Citizens President, LGBTQIA+ President, Women's Association, Purok Presidents, Barangay Nutrition Scholar, Rural Midwife, Chief Tanod and other key stakeholders, all working together to identify the needs and priorities of our barangay.

This activity reflects our shared commitment to participatory, transparent, and inclusive governance, ensuring that every sector has a voice in shaping the future of Barangay Poblacion Oriental.

Together, we continue to build a stronger, more progressive, and resilient community through proper planning and collective action.
