BARANGAY & SK ELECTIONS
VOTERS REGISTRATION SCHEDULE
Please be informed of the schedule of voter registration in the barangays and selected establishments for the upcoming Barangay and SK Elections on November 2, 2026.
WHO MAY REGISTER:
• At least eighteen (18) years of age on or before the day of the Barangay & SK Elections;
For Sangguniang Kabataan elections: At least 15 years old and not more than 30 years old on election day
• A resident of the Philippines for at least one (1) year; and
• A resident of the place where he or she intends to vote for at least six (6) months preceding the National and Local Elections.
REQUIREMENTS FOR VOTER REGISTRATION:
Please bring any of the following valid IDs:
• Postal ID
• PWD ID
• Student’s ID or Library Card
• Senior Citizen’s ID
• Driver’s License
• NBI Clearance
• Philippine Passport
• IBP ID
• PRC License
• NCIP Certificate of Confirmation
• SSS/GSIS ID or other UMID Card
• Barangay Identification/Certification with photo
• National ID (PhilSys)
• Any other government-issued valid ID
NOTE: Community Tax Certificate (Cedula) and PNP Clearance are NOT accepted as valid IDs for voter registration.
PROCESS FOR FIRST-TIME VOTERS:
You may print one (1) copy of the prescribed application form (Revised CEF-1-A) on long bond paper or request a copy onsite.
If printing your own copy, do not sign yet.
Proceed to the Office of the Election Officer (OEO) at the scheduled satellite voters registration or at the Consolacion COMELEC office.
Present a valid ID with your photo and signature.
Accomplish and submit the application form.
Titles (e.g., Dr., Atty., Hon.) should not be included in the applicant’s name.
Have your biometrics taken by the VRM operator.
Sign the form in the presence of the Election Officer.
Submit the completed form and receive your Acknowledgment Receipt.
NOTE: If your ID does not indicate your place of residence, additional supporting documents may be required.
REQUIREMENTS FOR CHANGE OR CORRECTION OF ENTRY:
For name change due to marriage:
• Certification by the solemnizing officer
• Marriage Contract or Court Order with Certificate of Finality
• Order from the Civil Registrar or Consul General
For correction of wrong information:
• Court Order or Order from the Civil Registrar
• Supporting documents
PROCESS FOR CHANGE OR CORRECTION:
Proceed to the Office of the Election Officer (OEO).
Accomplish the prescribed application form for correction of entry.
Present supporting documents.
The Election Officer will verify your record.
The VRM operator will update your voter record.
Have your biometrics taken.
