Please be advised that the possible rotational brownouts may now be implemented due to the overloading of grid line equipment to help prevent further overloading of the TabangoβDaanbantayan (LeyteβCebu) 230kV SC lines caused by limited power generation in the CebuβNegrosβPanay (CNP) subgrids.

As of this time, the Visayas Grid remains under πππ₯π₯π¨π° ππ₯ππ«π Status, which means power supply is currently sufficient but with limited reserve capacity.
To keep everyone informed and prepared, please be advised that if the grid status escalates to πππ ππ₯ππ«π, which means power demand is higher than the available supply, rotational brownouts may be implemented to help maintain overall grid stability.
If a Red Alert is declared, the following areas may experience rotational brownouts:
