Magtinabangay ta, ilabay ang basura sa hustong lugar para magpabiling limpyo ang atong merkado.

Consolacion joined hands with the entire island of Cebu for yesterday's Halad sa Pagtuo. Led by Mayor Teresa “Nene” Alegado and Vice Mayor Joannes “Joyjoy” Alegado, our contingent proudly escorted our patron, Señor San Narciso, alongside the venerated patron saints of the cities and municipalities of Cebu.

Mayor Teresa “Nene” Alegado and Vice Mayor Joannes “Joyjoy” Alegado presided over the Fiesta Executive Committee (Execom) 2026 meeting, officially convening local officials, department heads, and key sectoral representatives to finalize preparations for the municipality’s upcoming annual fiesta celebrations.

During the session, municipal leaders presented the official calendar of activities, laying out a lineup of religious, cultural, sports, and civic events designed to engage the community and showcase Consolacion's heritage.

Major traffic and security management plans were reviewed for the street dancing and grand parade along the town’s main thoroughfares, culminating in the festive coronation night at the municipal auditorium grounds.

Preparations are underway as Miss Varbs Gabini, representing the Municipality of Consolacion, pays an official courtesy call at the Consolacion Government Center ahead of the Miss Mandirigma 2026 competition.

The municipal workforce, led by Mayor Teresa "Nene" Alegado and Vice Mayor Joannes "Joyjoy" Alegado, warmly received the candidate during her official visit to the town hall.

Mayor Teresa Alegado and Vice Mayor Joannes Alegado personally received Miss Gabini at the executive office and legislative offices respectively, expressing full support on behalf of the local government unit (LGU) and the people of Consolacion.

The local administration reiterated its dedication to supporting local youth and representatives who showcase the culture and resilience of Consolacion on larger stages.

The entire municipality extends its best wishes to Miss Varbs Gabini as she represents Consolacion at Miss Mandirigma 2026 this coming September.
