The Provincial Government of Isabela hereby announces that a Public Consultation on the Proposed 2027 Schedule of Market Values (SMV) of Real Properties will be conducted in compliance with Republic Act No. 12001, otherwise known as the Real Property Valuation and Assessment Reform Act (RPVARA).
The consultation will be held on February 27, 2026 (Friday), 1:00 PM, at the City of Ilagan Community Center, Barangay Centro Poblacion, City of Ilagan, Isabela.
This public consultation aims to ensure that real property valuations in the Province of Isabela are fair, transparent, equitable, and aligned with prevailing market conditions, consistent with the standards and requirements of RPVARA.
The active participation of all stakeholders, including property owners, taxpayers, real estate practitioners, and other interested parties, is hereby enjoined.
