Sa ngalan ng Pamahalaang Barangay ng Bulalacao at BADAC COUNCIL, taos-puso po kaming nagpapasalamat sa bawat isa na naglaan ng oras upang makiisa sa pagdiriwang ng International Day Against Drug Abuse and Illicit Trafficking (IDADAIT) 2026.

Lubos din po naming pinasasalamatan ang ating mga resource speakers, Punong Barangay Hon. JOMEL R. GARCIA at Kagawad, Committee on Peace and Order Hon. EDUARDO H. ESCALA, at Kagawad Hon. VICKY G. ERLANO, sa kanilang makabuluhang mensahe at pagbabahagi ng kaalaman tungkol sa kahalagahan ng sama-samang paglaban sa ilegal na droga at pagpapanatili ng kapayapaan sa ating komunidad.
