🚨𝗣𝗨𝗕𝗟𝗜𝗖 𝗔𝗗𝗩𝗜𝗦𝗢𝗥𝗬

The Civil Service Commission Regional Office No. II (CSC RO II) informs the public that it has received reports of an individual using mobile number 𝟬𝟵𝟯𝟴-𝟭𝟲𝟳𝟯𝟰𝟭𝟴 who is falsely representing himself as 𝗗𝗶𝗿𝗲𝗰𝘁𝗼𝗿 𝗙𝗲𝗿𝗻𝗮𝗻𝗱𝗼 “𝗣𝗶𝗻𝗴” 𝗣𝗼𝗿𝗶𝗼.

Initial information indicates that the impersonator is 𝗮𝗽𝗽𝗮𝗿𝗲𝗻𝘁𝗹𝘆 𝗼𝗽𝗲𝗿𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗳𝗿𝗼𝗺 𝗥𝗲𝗴𝗶𝗼𝗻 𝗫𝗜 (𝗗𝗮𝘃𝗮𝗼 𝗥𝗲𝗴𝗶𝗼𝗻).

CSC RO II categorically states that 𝗗𝗶𝗿𝗲𝗰𝘁𝗼𝗿 𝗣𝗼𝗿𝗶𝗼 𝗱𝗼𝗲𝘀 𝗻𝗼𝘁 𝘂𝘀𝗲 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝘀𝗮𝗶𝗱 𝗺𝗼𝗯𝗶𝗹𝗲 𝗻𝘂𝗺𝗯𝗲𝗿 for any official or personal transactions. Any communication originating from this number and claiming to be from the Director is 𝘂𝗻𝗮𝘂𝘁𝗵𝗼𝗿𝗶𝘇𝗲𝗱 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗳𝗿𝗮𝘂𝗱𝘂𝗹𝗲𝗻𝘁.

The public is hereby advised to 𝗲𝘅𝗲𝗿𝗰𝗶𝘀𝗲 𝗰𝗮𝘂𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻 and 𝗿𝗲𝗳𝗿𝗮𝗶𝗻 𝗳𝗿𝗼𝗺 𝗲𝗻𝗴𝗮𝗴𝗶𝗻𝗴 with this individual. Do not disclose any personal or sensitive information, and do not entertain any requests for money or favors.

Civil Service Commission (CSC) Chairperson Atty. Marilyn B. Yap joined the opening ceremonies of the 23rd ASEAN Cooperation on Civil Service Matters (ACCSM) and the 8th ACCSM+3 Heads of Civil Service Meeting in Siem Reap, Cambodia. Cambodian Prime Minister Hun Manet welcomed the heads of civil service from the ASEAN+3 member countries during the opening program.

Hosted by the Ministry of Civil Service of Cambodia, the 23rd ACCSM convenes civil service leaders from the ASEAN+3 countries under the theme, "𝗜𝗻𝗻𝗼𝘃𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻 𝗳𝗼𝗿 𝗕𝗲𝘁𝘁𝗲𝗿 𝗦𝗲𝗿𝘃𝗶𝗰𝗲 𝗗𝗲𝗹𝗶𝘃𝗲𝗿𝘆," to advance regional collaboration and strengthen public sector excellence.

A key milestone of the meeting is the adoption of the ACCSM and ACCSM+3 Work Plans 2026–2030, which will serve as the strategic framework for enhancing regional cooperation and driving innovation in civil service development across ASEAN and its Plus Three partners.

As you prepare for the Career Service Examination – Pen and Paper Test (CSE-PPT), please take a few minutes to review these important reminders before, during, and after the examination.

✅Before the Exam

* Verify your testing venue and room assignment.
* Arrive at your testing venue on time.
* Bring your Notice of Admission/Application Receipt, valid ID, and other required materials.
* Wear proper attire and be well-rested.

✅During the Exam

* Follow all instructions given by the Room Examiner.
* Read the directions carefully before answering.
* Shade your answers and examinee number correctly.
* Observe silence and maintain discipline throughout the examination.

❌Remember: Prohibited acts such as bringing unauthorized electronic devices, cheating, taking photos or videos, and removing examination materials are strictly prohibited and may result in the cancellation of your examination and other applicable sanctions.

✅After the Exam

* Return all examination materials before leaving your seat.
* Exit the testing room only when officially dismissed.
