This letter is addresed to the M**F CENTRAL COMMITTEE and the BARMM leadership, in response to the letter posted in Camp Darapanan news updates page, by Datu Atik manulon of Tawi-Tawi, Dated May 17, 2022.

The allegations of Datu Atik Manulon against MP Ahang is hearesy and full of falcities on the following reasons and justifications.

Firstly, he posted on the social media platforms, not in a form of a formal complaint.

Secondly, he mistakenly alleged that there was disparity on the distribution of slots for NAPOLCOM qualifying exams between deputy base commander Saidi Gambalaa and the POLCOM under MP Ahang; without knowing that the slots was equally distributed to all M**F sectors and he has no legal personality to question M**F Central committee's decision.

Thirdly, he claimed that there was money consideration in lieu of the slots, but he failed to provide evidence to prove his allegations, he is committing libellous act, penalized under Art. 353 of the Revised penal Code.

The truth of the matter, Datu Atik Manulon was so jealous, because he failed to grab opportunities in the BARMM and because of his excessive desire or being hungry of power, he made that letter accusing MP Ahang. Also Datu Atik Manulon has no legal standing to question the discretionary power of SAMA POLCOM Provincial Chairman as he belongs to TAWI-TAWI POLCOM and therefore out of its jurisdiction.

Hence, I advice Datu Atik Manulon to ask for public apology. Otherwise he will be facing legal infirmity in court. What he is doing is to distract the M**F in Tawi-Tawi and the Moral Governance of the BARMM.
