Sero, as part of the intensified security operations to ensure a safe, peaceful, and orderly election period.

On July 15, 2026, at around 2:28 PM, the Traffic Enforcement Unit (TEU) of Cotabato City, led by PCPL Benjamin Mamailao under the supervision of PLTCOL ROWELL J ZAFRA, conducted intensified motorcycle patrols along Sinsuat Avenue, SK Pendatun Avenue, and Don Rufino Alonzo Street including Schools under Route 7 Areas, complemented by Random Oplan Kapkap Bakal and Sita operations to intercept suspicious individuals, verify vehicle documents, and search for concealed weapons or contraband.
