The Pantawid Pamilyang Pilipino Program (4Ps)โBARMM, in partnership with DSWD Field Office IX, successfully conducted the Rollout Training on the Enhanced Social Welfare and Development Indicators (E-SWDI) for Case Managers and Supervisors of 4Ps Basilan.
The training served as a strategic capacity-building activity aimed at strengthening the knowledge and technical skills of regional program staff, field workers, and key implementers on the proper use of the enhanced SWDI tool and its digital components. It also provided a venue for hands-on demonstrations, clarification of technical processes, and alignment of field implementation with national standards.
A total of 82 field implementers from 4Ps Basilan participated in the activity, highlighting their vital role in ensuring the correct and consistent implementation of the enhanced tool at the community level.
The activity was led by Ms. Hazel R. Manalang, Regional Case Manager Focal of FO IX, together with Mr. Ian Steve Schuck, Monitoring and Evaluation Focal; Ms. Charlotte C. Yusop, PDO II โ SSDMD; Ms. Charlene Mae Salikala, PDO II โ YDS Focal; Ms. Ma. Cleofe Solamillo, SWO IV โ RPMO; and Ms. Faith Francesa Arevalo, Training Specialist, who served as the resource persons of the training.
