Today, September 12, 2025, the City Environment and Natural Resources Office (CENRO) of Cotabato City joined a coordination meeting with the Archdiocese of Cotabato, led by Monsignor Benjamin Ariel P. Torreto, DCC, Vicar General.
The discussion centered on Pope Francis’ encyclical Laudato Si’ and the shared mission to care for Mother Earth through:Promoting awareness on ecological care, Strengthening partnerships with stakeholders, Establishing programs for short and long-term environmental action
CENRO also presented the current programs and initiatives of Cotabato City on solid waste management as part of our commitment to work hand-in-hand with the Archdiocese and partners for a greener, cleaner, and more sustainable Cotabato.
