Adolescent Health and Development Program - Cotabato City

The Cotabato City Office on Health Services - Adolescent Health and Development Program successfully conducted the Adolescent Job Aid 2.0 Skills Enhancement Training last November 25-27, 2025 at El Comedor in partnership with the Ministry of Health - Population Division in the person of Ms. Jeremy Becares VIlo-Toledo, LPT, the Population Officer II.

Adolescents in Cotabato City need accessible, accurate, and youth-friendly health services. The Adolescent Job Aid 2.0 offers updated guidance for addressing their key health concerns, but many health providers need improved skills to use it effectively. This training aimed to enhance providers’ knowledge and communication skills so they can deliver non-judgmental, adolescent-centered care. Strengthening these competencies helps improve service quality and supports better health outcomes for young people in the city.

PUBLIC HEALTH ADVISORY: 3 CONFIRMED MPOX CASES IN COTABATO CITY

Mula Enero 2025 ay nakapagtala ng tatlong kumpirmadong kaso ng Mpox ang Cotabato City Health Office.

Patuloy ang monitoring na isinasagawa ngayon sa Lungsod ng Cotabato at ang pagpapaalala sa publiko na maging mapagmatyag at maingat.

Ugaliin ang paghugas ng kamay gamit ang alcohol kung nasa pampublikong lugar. At tandaan: Ang unang sandata ng katawan mula sa sakit ay kaalaman at kalinisan.

Para sa mga Cotabateños na nakararanas ng mga sintomas gaya ng pamamantal sa balat o butlig, makipag-ugnayan agad sa Cotabato City Health Office para makapagpa-Mpox Test.
