“Lend the Bangsamoro your youth, with all its vigor, intelligence, and hope. Help us build a homeland where children no longer become familiar with the smell of gunpowder and blood, where families are no longer forced to abandon their homes, and where prosperity does not accrue only to those who hold power. Let it reach the farmer whose hands till the soil, the fisherman who rises before dawn, the teacher who travels to a distant community, and the worker whose sweat keeps the gears of our regional economy moving.”

NCMF Commissioner for Youth Sector Atty. Syed Kamal Reza L. Ampatuan, in his message, during the 4th BYP Pinning Ceremony on July 28, 2026, at KCC Convention Center, Cotabato City.

“You are inheriting a peace that is still young, still fragile in places, and still being tested. Protecting it is not the job of the government alone; it is your job in the choices you make about how you disagree, how you build unity across our provinces, tribes, and traditions, and how you insist, as I ask every young Bangsamoro to insist, that this peace be worth what it cost.”

MTIT Minister Faserina A. Mohammad, in her message, during the opening ceremony of the 4th Bangsamoro Youth Parliament 2026 held on July 27, 2026, at the Shariff Kabunsuan Cultural Complex, Cotabato City.
