BUSINESS PERMIT RENEWAL PERIOD

Para sa kaalaman ng lahat ng negosyante sa Cotabato City, bukas na ang Business Permit Renewal Period ngayong January 2026. Upang maging maayos at organisado ang inyong pag renew, narito ang office schedule ng Business Permits and Licensing Office (BPLO).

BPLO Office Schedule:
Monday to Friday: 8:00 AM to 7:00 PM
Saturday: 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM

Magsisimula ang operasyon ng BPLO sa January 2, 2026.

Para sa Business Permit Renewal, ihanda ang mga sumusunod:
• Barangay Clearance
• Building Clearance
• Sanitary Clearance
• Zoning Clearance
• Fire Certification
• Health Certificate
• Vaccination Card
• CCTV na may ilaw lalo na sa night time operations
• DTI, SEC, o CDA registration depende sa uri ng negosyo
• Iba pang requirements base sa inyong business industry

Para naman sa mga magsisimula pa lang ng negosyo ngayong taon, narito ang basic requirements para sa New Business Registration:

• Barangay Clearance para sa place of business
• DTI Registration para sa sole proprietorship
• SEC Registration para sa partnership o corporation
• CDA Registration para sa cooperatives

Ngayong January 2026, bukas na ang Business Permit Renewal Period. Para maging mabilis at hindi hassle ang proseso, ihanda na ang inyong requirements tulad ng Barangay, Building, Sanitary, Zoning at Fire Clearances, Health Certificate, Vaccination Card, CCTV para sa night operations, at DTI, SEC, o CDA registration depende sa uri ng negosyo.

Para naman sa mga new business, welcome sa fresh beginning. Kailangan lamang ang Barangay Clearance para sa place of business at DTI para sa sole proprietorship, SEC para sa partnership o corporation, at CDA para sa cooperatives.

Sa Business Permits and Licensing Office ng Cotabato City Government, layunin naming gawing mas mabilis, mas maayos, at mas magaan ang pag process ng bawat negosyante.

TEMPORARY BUSINESS PERMIT TO OPERATE | BPLO CONTROL NO. 002-25

This Temporary Business Permit is hereby granted to Kutabato Transport Operators Service Cooperative (KUTOCO) upon satisfactory compliance with all documentary requirements under the Office of the City Mayor Memorandum Order No. HR 25-101, Series of 2025.

It is further acknowledged that Kutabato Transport Operators Service Cooperative (KUTOCO) has executed an Affidavit of Undertaking, committing to voluntary cease its operations within Cotabato City upon the formal opening of the Cotabato City Integrated Public Terminal, and to subsequently transfer its operations thereto. Accordingly, this permit shall remain valid until such time as the stated conditions are fully satisfied or until it is revoked for other lawful causes.

We are pleased to announce that A2Z Transport Cooperative has been officially granted a Temporary Business Permit to Operate by the City Government of Cotabato, through the Office of the City Mayor – Business Permit and Licensing Office.

This permit affirms that A2Z Transport Cooperative has satisfactorily complied with all regulatory and documentary requirements. In accordance with the conditions set forth, the cooperative has also executed an Affidavit of Undertaking, committing to cease its operations within Cotabato City upon the official commencement of the Cotabato City Integrated Public Terminal, and to facilitate the transfer of its services accordingly.

The Office of the City Mayor will issue TEMPORARY PERMIT TO OPERATE to Terminals provided that they comply with the following requirements:
1. Certificate of Compliance from CSEA BARMMM
2. Clearance or Certification from Office of Transport Cooperative (LTFRB National)
3. Individual Franchise of Units
4. Proof of Ownership of the Lot or Lease Contract with Lot Owner
5. AFFIDAVIT OF UNDERTAKING that they will cease operations and transfer to the Integrated Public Terminal when it starts to operate

Applicants are advised to submit all these documents to Mr. Tony Coloso of the BPLO.

Located at the Ground Floor, Right Wing of the People's Palace, Malagapas Street, Sinsuat Avenue, Cotabato City. The office is open and the One Stop Shop System is running from 8:00 A.M. - 5:00 P.M.
The deadline of Filing and Renewal of Business Licenses will be on January 20, 2025. Please file and renew your licenses on or before the set deadline to avoid penalty and surcharge.
