Isinagawa ang Day 1 at Day 2 ng validation para sa mga pamilyang kabilang sa Set 14 potential beneficiaries ng Pantawid Pamilyang Pilipino Program (4Ps) sa Datu Anggal Midtimbang noong Marso 10 at 11, 2026.

Sa mga araw na ito, isinagawa ang pagsusuri at beripikasyon ng mga impormasyon at dokumentong isinumite ng mga kabahayan upang matukoy kung sila ay kwalipikadong maging opisyal na benepisyaryo ng programa.

Sa pangunguna ng mga Municipal Links, Social Welfare Assistants at sa pakikipagtulungan ng mga barangay officials, naging maayos ang daloy ng validation. Nagpakita rin ng kooperasyon ang mga kalahok sa pagsusumite ng kanilang mga kinakailangang dokumento.

Ang validation ay isang mahalagang hakbang upang matiyak na ang programa ay makarating sa mga pamilyang tunay na nangangailangan, sa isang maayos at transparent na paraan.

Patuloy ang 4Ps Datu Anggal Midtimbang sa pagsisikap na maihatid ang programa sa mga karapat-dapat na pamilya sa komunidad.

Narito ang iskedyul ng validation per barangay para sa mga pamilyang nakapaloob sa listahan ng Set 14 potential beneficiaries.

Paalaala:

Matapos ang posting ng listahan ng Set 14 potential beneficiaries, isinagawa sa Datu Anggal Midtimbang ang Community Orientation (Phase 2) noong Marso 4, 2026.

Sa orientation, ipinaliwanag sa mga kalahok ang maikling paliwanag tungkol sa 4Ps, layunin at benepisyo ng programa, mga responsibilidad ng benepisyaryo, pati na rin ang mga kondisyon at lalong-lalo na ang mga dokumentong kailangang dalhin sa validation. Binibigyang-diin ang kahalagahan ng pakikiisa ng pamilya at komunidad para maging maayos ang pagpapatupad ng programa.

Nagkaroon din ng pagkakataon ang mga kalahok na magtanong at linawin ang anumang katanungan tungkol sa programa at sa darating na validation process.

Sa pamamagitan ng hakbang na ito, tinitiyak ng 4Ps Datu Anggal Midtimbang na maaabot ng programa ang mga pinaka-karapat-dapat na pamilya sa isang maayos at transparent na paraan.

𝐌𝐚𝐫𝐜𝐡 𝟎𝟐–𝟎𝟑, 𝟐𝟎𝟐𝟔 | Bilang bahagi ng proseso ng Pantawid Pamilyang Pilipino Program (4Ps) ng MSSD, isinagawa ang posting ng listahan ng mga pangalan sa lahat ng barangay sa Bayan ng Datu Anggal Midtimbang, sa pakikipag-ugnayan sa LGU at mga BLGU, upang ipaalam sa publiko ang mga pamilyang maaaring mapabilang bilang Set 14 potential beneficiaries.

Ang mga pangalan na makikita sa listahan ay mga kabahayang isinama sa paunang talaan at isasailalim pa sa validation at iba pang pagsusuri upang matukoy kung sila ay kwalipikado sa programa.

Mahalagang tandaan na ang pagkakasama ng pangalan sa listahan ay hindi pa nangangahulugang awtomatikong magiging benepisyaryo ng 4Ps. Ang bawat nakalistang kabahayan ay sasailalim pa sa masusing beripikasyon at assessment alinsunod sa mga patakaran ng 4Ps para sa Set 14.

In an exclusive interview on Jan. 30, MSSD Director-General Atty. Mohammad Muktadir Estrella said the regularization of 4Ps personnel—previously hired under a Contract of Service (COS) arrangement—is critical to improving public service delivery to Bangsamoro families while protecting the rights and welfare of workers.

“These personnel also have to think about themselves and their career growth and development. We have seen higher turnover rates in the Bangsamoro region. […] Therefore, a household may not receive the best service delivery, such as the implementation of the 4Ps program,” Estrella said.

He explained that the COS setup resulted in high turnover rates, as workers sought more stable employment that offers security of tenure.

Estrella stressed that employee welfare is “an equally important” concern, alongside the regional government’s commitment to human rights and the well-being of Bangsamoro communities.

Garden Monitoring ng mga Municipal Link sa iba’t ibang barangay ng Datu Anggal Midtimbang, Maguindanao del Sur ngayong Pebrero 5, 2026. Isinagawa ang aktibidad upang masubaybayan ang kalagayan ng mga gulayan ng 4Ps beneficiaries at mapalakas ang partisipasyon ng mga pamilya sa pagsusulong ng food security at nutrisyon sa komunidad.

FDS EQUIVALENCY HIGHLIGHTS✨

The Pantawid Program team of Datu Anggal Midtimbang successfully conducted an FDS Equivalency session for senior high school students in Barangay Mapayag. The activity focused on helping students explore possible career options, college pathways, and future opportunities after graduation, with the active participation of their parents or guardians.

Through guided discussions and interviews, students were able to reflect on their preferred courses and schools, while parents provided support in the decision-making process. The activity strengthened the participants’ awareness of the value of pursuing higher education and choosing a path aligned with their goals.

This meaningful activity would not have been possible without the strong support of the BLGU and the dedication of our parent leaders, whose cooperation greatly contributed to the success of the session.

EVENT RECAP | March 25, 2025

The Youth Development Session held in Datu Anggal Midtimbang, themed “Nourishing dreams, shaping futures, ensuring the rights to health and well-being of all children and youth,” was successfully conducted by the Municipal Links and the Social Welfare Assistants. The session focused on empowering the youth through leadership initiatives, community development, and ensuring the protection of their rights.

This event would not have been possible without the unwavering support of Barangay Chairman Hon. Daud N. Guiama, the dedicated Parent Leaders, and most importantly, the enthusiastic participation of the youth in the community of Barangay Mapayag. Their collective efforts made this session an impactful experience for all.
A significant part of the session was dedicated to raising awareness about Online Sexual Abuse or Exploitation of Children (OSAEC) and Child Sexual Abuse or Exploitation Materials (CSAEM).
Discussions highlighted the critical importance of protecting children from online threats and educating both parents and youth on how to recognize and prevent such dangers. By addressing these issues, we aim to safeguard the health, safety, and well-being of our young generation, both online and offline.

Together, we are building a stronger, safer future for our children and youth by providing the tools, resources, and knowledge to protect their rights and well-being.
We are deeply grateful to all who contributed to the success of this event. Let’s continue working hand-in-hand for the protection and empowerment of our youth.
