BARMM Civil Service Code ok as to Cabinet Commitee Review

The Drafted Civil Service Code by the CS TWG headed by MP Engr Aida M Silongan, has been presented and scrutinized by the Cabinet Committee on Civil Service Code in a meeting today November 26.2019 at OCM office.

The presentation has generated comments to some of the provision drafted. Among the argument presented is the way the mujahidin is being define in the code.

The Code was carefully perused by the technical writer who has been working with the draft after considering all the results of the series of consultations in the provinces of BARMM including Cotabato City and the 63 baranggays in North Cotabato.

The draft of the BARMM Civil Service Code has been moved and seconded for approval subject to inclusion of recommendation of the committee members.
