Yacob, Ph.D., and all the honorable Members of Parliament on the successful approval on third and final reading of BTA Parliament Bill No. 463, the proposed Bangsamoro Da'wah Center Act of 2026.

This landmark achievement reflects the Bangsamoro Government's steadfast commitment to strengthening Islamic da'wah, promoting authentic Islamic education, empowering da'wah workers, and fostering peace, unity, and mutual understanding among communities.
