🎓✨ SPARK Technical Training Program Graduation Ceremony ✨🎓

A celebration of passion, perseverance, and purpose! 🌟
The SPARK Technical Training Graduation for General Virtual Assistance 2.0: A Paradigm Shift into AI-Powered Interaction was successfully held earlier today , marking another milestone in empowering digital-ready communities in Maguindanao Province.

The event opened with an inspiring virtual message from DICT Region XII Regional Director, Engr. Ibrahim B. Guiapar Jr., followed by heartfelt opening remarks from Engr. Manan L. Butongkay, Provincial Officer of DICT Maguindanao Field Office.
Ms. Sisniya S. Ampa, ILCDB Provincial Focal, proudly presented the 21 passionate scholars, leading to the highlight of the program — the awarding of certificates and recognition of outstanding scholars. 🎉

Out of 21 trainees, 19 scholars successfully completed the training, while 9 medalists were recognized for their exceptional performance, earning a total incentive of ₱10,500! 💪
The event also featured touching testimonials from four scholars, and a special recognition was given to the ever-dedicated trainer, Mr. Tainy V. Bayno.

The ceremony concluded with an uplifting message from ILCDB Regional Focal, Mr. Ronald Jones S. Hinay, inspiring everyone to continue sparking change through digital empowerment. 🔥

✨ DAYS 1–5: SPARK – General Virtual Assistance 2.0 Training 🚀👨‍💻

From October 14 to 20, 2025, scholars of the SPARK: General Virtual Assistance 2.0 Training gathered face-to-face at DTC–Cotabato City for five days of intensive learning and skill-building. Under the guidance of Mr. Tainy Bayno, the sessions covered essential topics in virtual assistance — including digital tools, online professionalism, task management, and effective client communication.
The training provided scholars with both the technical know-how and the confidence to navigate the digital workspace successfully. After a week of collaboration, hands-on exercises, and valuable insights, the SPARK scholars are now fully equipped and ready to embark on their two-week online campaign — putting their newly acquired skills into action! 💼💡

✨ DAY 0: SPARK Training Orientation ✨

The SPARK journey officially began last October 13, 2025, with the Orientation for the General Virtual Assistance 2.0 Training held at DTC–Cotabato City. The session marked the start of an exciting and meaningful learning experience for all scholars. Engr. Manan Butongkay opened the event with his inspiring Opening Remarks, motivating everyone to make the most of the training. Mr. Jones S. Hinay followed with a detailed Project Overview, highlighting the goals and impact of the SPARK initiative.

Meanwhile, Mr. Tainy Bayno, the trainer, discussed the Training Coverage, giving participants a clear understanding of what to expect in the coming days. It was a productive and empowering start to the SPARK: General Virtual Assistance 2.0 Training journey! 💡
