Sangguniang Kabataan Federation of Culasi Presents:

Inter-Barangay Mobile Legends Online Tournament

This is in-line with the Celebration of the 123rd Municipal and Religious Fiesta of Culasi.

Registration requirements:
1. Registration fee: Php.100.00 per member.
2. Barangay Certificate of Residency (Compulsory)
3. Members of the team must be a resident of the barangay they are participating for.
4. Team must consist of 5 players (compulsory) and 2 substitute (optional) only.
5. Team name (Compulsory) and team logo (optional).
6. Mobile legends In Game Name (IGN).
7. Mobile legends ID number.
8. Player’s name.
9. Individual photo and team photo (must be sent through facebook messenger).
10. Team registrations will start on October 4-October 8,2021.
11. Exclusive only for residents of Culasi, Antique.
For teams willing to register, please contact your SK Chairman in your respective Barangay.

Tournament Rules:
1. Each Team must provide their own internet/data connection.
2. Each team must inform the organizing committee where their gaming venue will be played at. (must be within Culasi, Antique)
3. Technical problems like Loss of Signal/Data, loss of internet connection is not part of the organizers duty and liability.
4. Game pattern and Game Schedules will only be conducted by the Organizers.
5. Mobile Legends account must be connected to Facebook.
6. Failure to log in on the game 15 mins after the scheduled time will automatically make the opposing team a winner by default.
7. In case both teams are not able to log in on the scheduled time. The game will be automatically cancelled and will be considered a game defeat for both teams.
8. Players should not use force outside the game that could influence the outcome of the game. Severe punishments such as disqualification will be imposed and will also be banned from further tournaments run by the organizers.

10. Pilot account is not allowed.
11. Cheating such as VPN, Maphack, etc. is not allowed.
12. Protests after the game will not be entertained.
13. Only the registered In Game Name (IGN) is allowed to participate.
14. Changing of In Game Name (IGN) is not allowed on the whole duration of the tournament.
15. Stream sniping is prohibited.

In-game Rules:
1. Each team must commit to the time that was scheduled by the organizers.
2. Only 2 pauses of 3 minutes each is allowed for each team.
3. Only the marshall/marshalls is allowed to spectate the game and only the Marshalls have the right to extend the pause time.
4. First team to destroy the enemy base is the winner.
5. Players/teams are advised to be humble before, during and after the game.

Failure of following the rules will be subjected for disqualification (organizers decision).

Games will be streamed live online on Facebook. ( SK Pambayang Pederasyon- Culasi,Antique) page.

Champion: Cash prize, Championship T-shirts, Trophy, Certificates

1st runner-up: Cash prize, Trophy, Certificates

2nd Runner-up: Cash prize, Trophy, Certificates

Proceeds of this tournament will be used to fund our feeding program activity for the underprivileged elderlies of the Municipality of Culasi.

All scholars to receive their educational assistance by September – Governor Cadiao

Governor Rhodora J. Cadiao said that the Provincial Youth Development Office is targeting to finish the distribution of educational allowance to provincial scholars this September.

It can be recalled that the distribution of educational assistance began last March but due to the rising cases of COVID-19 in the province, the PYDO has adjusted the schedule, the venue, and the number of students per distribution to adhere to the standard health protocols.

As of date, there are still students from four municipalities who have not yet received the said educational assistance. These municipalities include, Culasi, Tibiao, Hamtic, San Jose and there are still remaining scholars from the municipality of Sibalom.

According to Governor Cadiao, some factors that might have caused the delay of the distribution is the lockdown of the Provincial Accountant’s Office due to infected personnel and prioritized the Special Risk Allowance of health workers in the province.

The lady governor is hoping for the consideration of the provincial scholars and she already tapped all the offices concerned for this educational assistance distribution.

Moreover, the provincial government is eyeing to transition the distribution of the said educational assistance via electronic or online transactions for the coming semesters. This proposal was proposed by the Sangguniang Panlalawigan Members and the offices involved in the provincial scholarship.

Governor Cadiao said that the educational assistance will continue this school year and the announcement for the application will come from the Provincial Youth Development Office. She advised the provincial scholars to coordinate with the PYDO for the said educational assistance program. /(Credits:DYKA) PIO GA-AN//
