Weekly Values Restoration Program

Under the supervision of JINSP MARICHU F SERVIDAD, Acting Jail Warden, Culasi District Jail Personnel conducted the weekly Values Restoration Program with the topic “Creativity and Innovation.” The activity aimed to encourage personnel to develop new ideas, improve existing practices, and promote positive changes within the organization.

Creativity and innovation refer to being resourceful, exploring new ideas, and applying best practices in the workplace. As elaborated by JO2 Villasis, applying creativity and innovation helps an organization become more effective and successful. Through these values, personnel can further improve programs and rehabilitation activities for the Person Deprived of Liberty (PDL).

Meanwhile, JO1 Juanites added that possessing these values contributes to more useful, efficient, and productive ways of performing duties and responsibilities, ultimately enhancing public service and teamwork within the jail unit.

Through the active participation and sharing of ideas, the personnel were able to learn the importance of creativity and innovation in improving workplace performance, strengthening teamwork, and providing better programs and services for the Person Deprived of Liberty (PDL).

Culasi District Jail Personnel Participated in Blood Donation Activity

Under the supervision of JINSP MARICHU F SERVIDAD, Acting Jail Warden, the Culasi District Jail Personnel successfully participated in a blood donation activity held at Culasi District Hospital on May 12, 2026. The activity was spearheaded by the Culasi Rural Health Unit headed by Dr. Mathew Eric S. Valente, MD, Municipal Health Officer.

Through activities like this, the personnel demonstrated their spirit of volunteerism and compassion, recognizing that in times of emergency, their donated blood can help save lives and support those in need.

Early this morning of May 12, 2026, JINSP MARICHU F SERVIDAD, Acting Jail Warden, was interviewed by Ms. Christine Mae Antonio together with Station Manager Mr. Raynard M. Apostol of K5 News FM-Culasi.

The topics discussed included the recently launched livelihood product, “Laser Engraved Art,” as well as the significant accomplishments of the jail unit toward the success of the Jail Bureau and the betterment of the Persons Deprived of Liberty.

Through this activity, the jail unit was given the opportunity to inform the general public about its various programs, initiatives, and accomplishments in promoting rehabilitation, productivity, and community engagement.
