The ozone layer provides us with several benefits. It acts like a "shield" of Earth. It protects our planet from harmful radiation like Ultraviolet Radiation. But sadly, some of us are still doing activities that destroys our ozone layer.

It is not too late to take action to save and protect the ozone layer. We can save Earth by protecting its ozone layer. We can do it just by taking small steps, just like by avoiding the use of substances that causes the ozone depletion and by planting trees. We can educate other people and spread awareness about the importance of ozone layer and the ways on how to protect and save it.

We should remember that Earth is our only home and Ozone is the roof. SO LET'S UNITE AND PROTECT THE OZONE LAYER!

Many situations had already occurred; we had learnt lessons that we should have used to our lives for a shift from them. If only it were feasible, we ought to alter the entirety of our actions that encourage sloth and a lack of self-awareness in those around us. It is possible, but we chose to remain silent, act hypocritically, and even to support those who chose to pursue destruction.

Humans must work together to solve the problem and look out for the interests of the entire community. similar to a group of people who come up with a plan to HELP our environment stay clean and be protected from the things we do. An organization that promotes the value of nature for everyone's well-being. Rather than being the cause of someone's pain, become the reason for their smile and better life.

It has been two years since a pandemic struck the world. It has also been two years since I heard anything about the Ozone Layer, as it has been the talk of the town in the run-up to the year 2020.

Because of the crisis, it finally allowed the Earth to breathe. I find it ironic that a crisis slows down because the crisis that causes the depletion has to lock down inside their homes. “A help of crisis over a crisis.”

"The ozone layer is on the mend, if not completely restored. According to new NASA data released on October 26th, the annual ozone hole over the Antarctic reached an average area of 8.9 million square miles over the past year. This is slightly less than last year, and it continues the recent trend of overall shrinkage. "Over time, steady progress is being made, and the hole is getting smaller," said Paul Newman, chief scientist for earth sciences at NASA's Goddard Space Flight Center. "The Montreal Protocol's elimination of ozone-depleting substances is closing the gap."

Even while it might be healing, we can't promise that it will, especially if we don't cease doing what is forbidden. Because of this, we should continue to collaborate and seek out better answers. Don't just sit there with your crush while you're developing a relationship with them; instead, why not consider the environment's well being? Or why not do both?

We should protect ozone layer in a way on how we protect ourselves from the sunlight.Protecting our Ozone layer is very important to us because it is Earth's sunscreen that protects living things from too much ultraviolet radiation from the sun.I have 3 ways on how we can protect our ozone layer:

1.)AVOID THE CONSUMPTION OF GASES DANGEROUS TO THE OZONE LAYER, due to their content or manufacturing process. Some of the most dangerous gases are CFCs (chlorofluorocarbons), halogenated hydrocarbon, methyl bromide and nitrous oxide.

2.) DO NOT USE CLEANING PRODUCTS THAT ARE HARMFUL TO THE ENVIRONMENT AND TO US.Many cleaning products contain solvents and substances corrosive, but you can replace these dangerous substances with non-toxic products such as vinegar or bicarbonate.

3.)MINIMIZE THE USE OF CARS.The best transport option is urban, bicycle, or walking. If you use a car to a destination, try to carpool with others to decrease the use of cars in order to pollute less and save.

VIII. OZONE LAYER

Human activities are the main cause of ozone depletion. An increase in UV-B rays reaching the earth's surface is the primary consequence of Ozone Depletion.

Causes: Compounds like halons and CFCs that deplete the Ozone Layer.

AVOIDING OZONE-DEPLETING PRODUCTS

• Check your fire extinguishers to find active ingredients.
• Purchase plywood, wood goods, and lumber that have not been methyl bromide treated.
• Refrigerators, freezers, and air conditioning systems older than 1995 should be properly disposed of.
