โข The Certificate of Enrollment should clearly indicate First Semester, A.Y. 2026โ2027 or โCurrently Enrolled.โ It must also state the purpose โEducational Assistanceโ and have the original signature of the Registrar or releasing officer, plus 1 photocopy.
